All Missionaries Are Safe!! Week #25

The recent events of Moscow includes a dramatic subway crash resulting in the loss of several lives.  Do not worry.  All missionaries in the Russia Moscow mission are safe and accounted for and were in no means involved in the crash.  Missionary work continuous unhindered.

Again, there is no need to worry as all missionaries are safe.

Mom!!!

YOUR GOING TO HAVE YOUR DAUGHTER BACK!!! Are you so excited:):):) I'm way excited for you guys and I can't wait to hear all about it. You'll have to recorded it and send it to me k:) I'm so proud of her. She has helped me so much it's not even funny. It's weird to think that the time has come!! I feel like for me I'm going to be a missionary for the rest of my life haha but I know that's not true;) Anywho. I loved your last week letter. Sounds like you guys had a great 4th of July.  I think you started a trend mom haha everyone in the mission has a Ukalaylie now. It's the funniest thing. I saw like 5 at transfer meeting and I was like we need to start a band!! haha;) That's cool sister Biorn emailed you. She told me she wanted to! i hope you emailed her back.. haha I'm sure you did but anyways. My new companion is good. I'm still trying to figure her out. She super strict, but things are good:) I can tell we are going to get a lot done this transfer so it should be good. I have my visa trip on Wednesday.. When meg gets home.. haha so I'll be on a plane too.. but I'll be going to Latvia:) haha it should be fun! I'm excited to see my old district. But yeah that's about it for this week. Anyways I'm excited for this week!! Let me know how everything goes with meg!! AHHH SO NUTS!! But I love you mom. So much. 

Hello! It's so nice to hear back from you. 

To be honest, Sister Godfrey has been one of my favorite companions. I think about her every single day, and I miss her SO MUCH. But I think she's doing well. She, like you said, is an amazing person. I think she undercuts herself too much, and she doesn't give herself enough credit. But girls do that a lot. Especially sister missionaries. It's hard to have your weaknesses made so abundantly clear, and have to work on them one at a time. But she's doing well from what I understand. She made so much progress just in the amount of time that I served with her. 

Also, the book of light idea came from a district leader of mine. He's a genius. And it helped me SO MUCH, and I wanted to help her. I hope she keeps it up, and keeps writing in it and reading it. I promise it will help anyone who does it. Also, she is talking to our mission counsellor, but I strongly believe that it's not as serious as it sounds. I have talked to Elder Blackwell (the counsellor) a few times about things as well. He's more like a wise grandfather figure who has some really good ideas. :) He's great! She's handling the mission like a champ, and she's doing really well. She's one of the best missionaries I know. Honestly, I wish I could serve with her again. I'm extremely sad that we've only had one transfer together and then we got ripped apart. But I know we'll be friends after the mission, which means you and I will meet someday too. Thank you so much for your love and concern. She's doing well. :) She's a rockstar.
