Week #38 - SNOW!!!

So I wake up this morning.. Look out my window.. and there is.. yes.. SNOW!!! Haha already:) But hey I'm excited because now I truly feel like I'm in Russia!!

I guess you all are wondering how my birthday went.. I"ll tell you it was awesome:) Haha On Monday we spent the day on red square. Red square is one of my favorite places in the world. As we were walking around I decided.. hmmm lets sit. So we sat right in the middle of it. Now, Russian's believe that if you sit on the cold ground you will go infertile.. I can't tell you how many times I've been told to get off the ground. Haha so this guy walks up and asks if he can take a picture with us. How could we say no?? So we got a picture and he was just talking to us. Then of course he told us that we needed to get of the ground. I was like No were fine!! haha ah then afterwards I looked around and other people were sitting on the ground:) Trendsetter;) haha Then the day of my birthday at 6:30 the alarm goes off and all of a sudden the phone starts ringing .. The ZLS were calling?? I was like what the heck??? And when I answered it they began to sang to me haha ah that made my day!! Then we had district meeting which was great!! Talked about personal revelation and the spirit:) Mmm some great stuff! Then the elders gave me this stuffed Mushroom hahah I was dying!! After that Masha called and said she could meet with us!! That was probably the best present of all! Especially because we haven't met with her for like 2 weeks!! So she came to the seniors apartment and we made cake and had an awesome lesson!! We asked her if she believes the BoM is true, JS, The church, everything if it's true and she said yes!!! But for some reason when we brought up baptism she said she doesn't know? So we just have to keep working with her and what not. But I was just happy to spend time with her and testify to her:) After we had dinner at this American restaurant which was way good! And had a little lesson with a member. So yeah it was good:) On Sunday the relief society made me a card and said Happy Birthday to me which was way nice of them:) SO yeah it was a great birthday!! I think I enjoyed it so much because I was able to serve others. I wasn't really thinking of myself and being like ah it's my birthday it needs to be perfect!! And The best part is I'm a missionary:) What better gift could you ask for!! In RUSSIA??? haha 

But yeah we had a lot of little miracles this week. And we got to sneak into peoples apartments to put invitations to an open house we were having. ahhh hahah that was an adventure. Especially because apartments here you have to get through like a coded door then they have like a watch guard and all this stuff! ah it was intense;) Also got to go in a crazy car ride through Moscow! That was a blast!! Then we Had a Halloween party too which was fun! We only went to a little bit because then our investigator wanted to leave.. but yeah! It was a great week:)

Well first off I say Ty's call!! ahhh that's so crazy!!!! I was freaking out:) But I'm so excited for him! Well he's definitely going out of the states;) haha But Um I first wanted to write back with your email from last week.. That's way cool that you had that experience with Tereasa! I'm glad you got to share with everyone why your such an AMAZING parent;) haha but you really are and you better believe it!! I've been asked to speak on Sunday and I think that's what I want to speak about? So will see:) I want to apologize too haha for my bad filming with Natasha.. it's not my fault though because my companion was filming with her ipad and she just set it down and I was just like whatever as long as you can hear it. Next time I promise it will be better:)  I just got an email from president asking what date I want to go home.. AHH so weird?? But I think it will be April 30th. I want to be there for chan when he graduates and I want to go through the temple with him and stuff. Plus I want time to spend with him before he leaves. Plus we can go on a trip:) Great idea:) haha Seems like you had a great week! I loved all the pictures:) I had an awesome birthday! And I'll tell you all about it on the weekly email. It was cool though because I wasn't thinking about myself and I was just enjoying being with some of the people I loved! Liana couldn't come because she had to work.. but ah I love her so much! She literally is my best friend right now. I just wish we could hang out;) haha maybe one day!! But snow if finally here! I woke up and looked out the window and it looked like Christmas morning haha so crazy:) Also I showed Natasha a video of tanner on Youtube because she's in a wheelchair too and she LOVED It!! Every time I see her now she asks me how Tanner is doing haha so cool:) Anyways not much is new.. except we can't wear tags anymore!! But you'll read about that too in the weekly email.. anyways:) I love you so much mom!! have an awesome day!!!!!! And week:) I'll talk to you next week k:)
