Week #5 Thank Heavens for Guardian Angels!!

MUM!!

I love you:) haha Can I just say I miss you soo much!!!!! I'm writing you guys a letter so will see how long it gets to you. This week was boring compared to last week. I hope I didn't freak you out.. haha but know I'm safe and all is good!! Sounds like the other week you have fun in St George! That's so crazy that that was a year ago.. time does fly!! Right now though seems like it's going to take forever.. But that's ok I'm trying not to think about time.. I saw two french bulldogs this week haha and all I could think about was Tug and Luna.. It's sad to say that I miss them!! I got a package from Gram so that was pretty cool:) The stuff you guys are sending me is cracking me up;) I loved what you told me about Linds going through the temple. I would have given anything to be there!! And that is so cool about her mom being there!! I'm so proud of her!! I've been thinking a lot about my first time. I miss the temple.. So much!! I had a great lesson about the temple this week! My weekly letter was all over the place im sorry. We are at the mall this week instead of the church because the Internet is down so I don't have any time. But I will send pics next week is that ok?? Anyways I love you mom!! I experienced so many tender mercies this week and me and my comp actually made a goal before you wrote me to talk about all the good things that happen to us at the end of the day!! It makes such a difference. How is you're doing?? Well love you! hope you have another great week!!

Hello Family and Friends!!

Well it has been another crazy week here in зеленогад! This week was really nice because the sun was out almost every day! Now its back to it's normal gloomy self, but that's ok. With the sun out it melted everything so everywhere we would walk would be ice, so I got to ice skate everywhere;) haha This week was маслоницная Week which is basically when you eat pancakes all week. It's some kind of Russian Tradition. They have it every year! So I got to got to a couple влини(pancake) parties this week which was so delicious in every way;)

Um not a whole lot happened. I mean a lot did happen, but I'm to lazy to write it all down;) We did a lot of contacting this week which is always a good time. It was nice though because the Sun was out so that made it that much better. We had a lot of lessons with Members and Investigators so that was good. Dasha came to one of our влини Parties that we had at the church and me and her talked for awhile. Apparently she has a friend that she goes to school with that went to the Nitro Show!! She said she loved it! So that was really cool! But it was my goal to kinda bring up the gospel with her this week. Because me and her usually talk about other stuff? So I did I brought it up and she was super cool about it. She told me that there is something special about our church. We have a different feeling than other churches she has looked at. She said she's kinda been looking around at other Church's, but doesn't know what she likes yet? I didn't want to shove the gospel down her throat, but I told her that if she ever wants to talk about the gospel that we would be willing to share her what we believe. She said she would let us know, but will see? My comp got mad at me though because I didn't really get a "lesson" with her? I don't know it's a hard situation. But she's so great! I feel so close to her!!

I think the best lesson we had this week was with a lady who was baptized about a year ago. She hasn't been through the temple, so it was our goal to talk about that with her. It was an incredible Lesson!! Holy Cow!! We showed her the Kiev temple celebration video and the whole time the spirit was incredible strong. I even got choked up! Made me realize how much I LOVE the temple. Honestly it is probably one of my favorite places in the whole world and it kills me that I can't go for another 14 months... But that's ok. The temple is so special to me though and I'm so grateful that we have a place to receive those covenants and feel the spirit there. I think to that fact when I was home and made the goal to go to the temple once a week, really made my testimony about the temple ten times stronger. Our lesson went really well though and the sister we taught even told us how strong the spirit was when we were bearing our testimonies about it. So hopefully she can work towards getting there. All I have to say though is I'm grateful that I have a temple 5 minutes away from home. Where here, they have to fly all the way to Ukraine to go once.. DON'T TAKE THE TEMPLE FOR GRANTED. That's all I have to say. Go as much as you can't because it is an amazing place.

Well that's about it for my week... Sorry it's kinda boring! Not as exciting as last week! But I love you all! Have a great week:)
